Introduction

The Pathology Gross Teaching Collection is a resource for illustrating disease processes and the macroscopic changes that occur in diseased organs. Tissue specimens were last added to the Collection in the 1960s, which is supplemented by an extensive library of approximately 25,000 photographs accumulated over the last 50 years. The specimen collection and image library are used widely in undergraduate and postgraduate education. Access to the material is generally restricted to health sciences faculty and trainees.
