Booking Information
Bookings for The Muse Project
- The Muse Project is for grades 4-9 school groups. Please see the Muse Programs page for information about individual programs.
- Bookings for these programs are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending upon availability.
- All programs are in the morning, are 2.5 hours in length, and take place on the University of Alberta campus.
- Please note that we can accommodate a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 30 students per booking.
- The programs are free, but transportation to and from campus is the responsibility of the school.
- Unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to your program, teachers are expected to take the Discovery Kit back to their school at the conclusion of their program and to return it to the University of Alberta Museums office (Ring House 1, University of Alberta) during business hours (8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday).

Sample Schedule and Itinerary for a Muse program:

Booking a visit to a collection
Does The Muse Project not meet your group’s needs? We would still like to hear from you. Let us know what kind of program you are interested in and which University of Alberta Museum collection(s) you want to visit and we will do our best to accommodate your group or put you in touch with the people that can. Please fill out our General Program Booking Form and either email it to the address indicated on the form or fax it to our offices at 780.492.6185. We look forward to discussing how we can accommodate your group.
