Nature in Winter in Edmonton

Hear John Acorn, renowned researcher, broadcaster and curator of the U of A's Renewable Resources Natural History Collection, speak about how nature responds to winter in our city. Affectionately known as "Acorn, the Nature Nut", John Acorn is hugely popular among TV audiences young and old for his entertaining and informative nature series which aired on various networks, including the Discovery Channel and PBS in the U.S.

This program is part of Cool Stuff: The University of Alberta Museums Do Winter.

This talk runs from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. No pre-registration is required, but seating is limited, so please arrive early.
