Explore the weird, wild and wonderful world of science at the University of Alberta Museums’ 14th annual Science Sunday for Kids on Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 12 pm to 4 pm.
During this afternoon of discovery, kids ages 5 to 12 explore the natural sciences through a wide range of hands-on activities. Make a fossil, learn about ancient animal tracks, explore meteorite impact craters, investigate insects, and more! Don’t miss our special guest, John the “Nature Nut” Acorn. “Junior scientists” accompanied by an adult can drop in any time during the afternoon, but they’re encouraged to arrive early.
Science Sunday is located in the Earth Sciences Building on the U of A’s North Campus. For more information, visit our Events page, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 780.492.5834. Admission is by donation.
